Thousands of real estate assets re-entered the marketplace
In the Krasnodar region of Russia, four districts - Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Vyselkovsky, and Ust-Labinsky - are leading the way in integrating unused or misused property into the regional economy. This initiative, overseen by Vice-Governor Roman Luzinov, is aimed at increasing the region's investment attractiveness and boosting overall economic activity.
The press service of the regional administration reported on this work, which has been ongoing since 2018 under the direction of Governor Veniamin Kondratyev. Since then, approximately 3049 such objects have been identified, with currently around a thousand more being worked on for sale, rental, or use by municipalities.
This integration is expected to contribute significantly to the region. It is anticipated that it will facilitate the implementation of infrastructure projects, social programs, and generate additional revenues for municipal budgets. Moreover, it is expected to create new jobs and stimulate the regional economy.
The cities of Krasnodar and Sochi, along with the districts of Novorossiysk and Anapa, have made the most progress in integrating unused or misused real estate into the economic cycle. This work is a testament to the region's commitment to efficient use of resources and fostering economic growth.
The integration of unused or misused immovable property is intended to serve as a catalyst for the Krasnodar region's development, providing opportunities for investment and improving the region's overall economic health. This initiative is a step towards a more prosperous future for the Krasnodar region.
